A master of ceremonies is the host of the stage. He invites participants on a journey, uniting the world of speakers with the public and simultaneously giving a final touch to the event.

In order to build a good relation with the speakers and conference participants, I delve into major moments in the lives of speakers many weeks before the event; I talk to them, I expand my knowledge in order to have the best contact with them on the day of the conference, with no space for artificial barriers.
