A master of ceremonies is the host of the stage. He invites participants on a journey, uniting the world of speakers with the public and simultaneously giving a final touch to the event.
In order to build a good relation with the speakers and conference participants, I delve into major moments in the lives of speakers many weeks before the event; I talk to them, I expand my knowledge in order to have the best contact with them on the day of the conference, with no space for artificial barriers.
Authenticity during events not only boosts the speakers’ well-being, but also exerts a positive impact on the reception of a conference, which is of vital importance when building the image of the organisers and from the perspective of attractiveness of subsequent editions.
